I think Joe was more excited than anybody to buy the boys each a pair of converse all-stars. Samuel has been enjoying his (since we lost his other shoes at Seaworld!). Here he is excited to play outside.

Sammy--the cutest boy in America!
Sammy is going to be a real lady killer (not to be taken literally). He is so sweet and adorable. But all of the boys are. Thanks so much for sharing!!
they still sell converse all star basketball shoes. I think that they used to be called chuck somebody on the back tag. i remember getting a new pair before school started each year except for the year that I wanted blue canvas deck shoes instead. i think that dad was disappointed because it looked like i was not looking forward to sports that year. joe
