Remember the term, "ants in the pants"?

Try getting 4 squirmy boys to hold still and smile for the camera.
I ended up doing a puppet show behind mommy
to get them to look toward the camera and smile.

Easter Morning...

While the big boys were off doing the scavenger hunt the Easter Bunny does every year, Sammy played with his new train set. When we came back in from the other room we found him perched on top of his booster seat (he couldn't squeeze in it), already eating candy he had busted out of an egg in his basket. Genius!

After the Luke & Grant had found all their Easter eggs with their "bunny" clues Luke told us that we needed to go look at his closet. So we went to the closet where Luke pulled out a handwritten clue that looked surprisingly similar to the clues that the boys find each Easter. He showed us the pencil sketch with the arrow pointing under his bed, where he pulled out a crayon drawing with decorations on it that he said was for Sammy. We don't know when he made the clue or the gift but it was very surprising and we were quite touched.

Castlegate Easter Egg hunt...

The boys and a neighbor all went to the neighborhood Easter Egg hunt last week. They had a great time eating snowcones. Sammy wasn't to happy to meet the Easter bunny though!

George Bush Presidential Library Annual Easter Egg Hunt

Hard to get one good picture of 4 squirmy worms!

Jail Break....

Karsten is our 4th boy to live in and chew on this crib!
Wow, who would have thought when we bought it in Kansas in 2000.
I'd like to speak with the warden. I have rights!
I'll just chew my way out of here.
Sammy, get me outta here, I'm innocent!
Me trying to escape? No way.

Sleeping Karsten...

So sweet...Fast asleep on Daddy

Etsy

Some of you might noice the link to the left that says ETSY. For those of you who don't know, ETSY is an online store of sorts where people sell their handmade items. Its a great alternative to Ebay. I had a friend encourage me to open up my own shop on Etsy. My store name is Grantzie Pantz. You can reach it directly by going to www.GrantziePantz.etsy.com, or you can view what I have for sale by the pictures to the left of our blog. She has had great success and I'm hoping I will too. I was able to sell the cowboy outfit that Karsten modeled last week (on ebay). I've been invited to several design groups for launches this spring, so hopefully that will work out! You can really waste a lot of hours on Etsy seeing all the neat things people have created. Check it out (and if you see something you like, email me--and I just might be able to make it for you! LOL!)
